  • Butt bridges: lie on your back with your arms on your side and your knees bent. Lift your butt towards the ceiling then lower it. Continue doing this for about 20 times, take a break and go again.
  • Kick backs:  stand with one leg and the other hanging in the air. Use the free leg to kick back till you feel your butt make a bubble shake, continue doing this and also do same to the other leg.

  • Soccer
  • Running

3. Adjust your weight:

Whether you should gain weight or loose weight depends on your genetic makeup. If you are the type that gain weight in your butt and hips, then you need to put on a little more weight to fill up your butt.
