Hey guys, do you know that there is an easy homemade tea to lose belly fat fast? Yes, you can actually lose your belly fat if you drink this tea. Having belly fat is usually an undesirable result from too much fatty foods, some people cannot control it while others can. Most people work their ass out at the gym to make sure they control belly fat while others are too lazy to hit the gym and usually get very tired when they try.

Let’s jump right into the things you will need to prepare this tea.


  • Moringa Leaves

Moringa leaves has a lot of health benefits that is very beneficial to our everyday lives, apart from aiding weight loss, it has a host of other benefits like detoxifying the body, it lowers blood sugar, lowers cholesterol levels, it is an antioxidant and helps reduces inflammation. It’s leaves is very nutritious and is also eaten as food or sometimes added as spice. There is almost no limits to what this wonderful moringa tree cannot do.

Steps to making you tea

  • Pluck your fresh moringa leaves.
  • Wash it with cool water and spread in a tray.
  • Keep it outside in the sun to dry – This method is preferable because no artificial heat is used. But if you don’t have enough sunlight you can dry it in your oven. Make sure you monitor it till it dries properly without getting brownish.
  • Squeeze the dry leaves with your palm – this is because we don’t want it to be too powdery, hence a blender is not needed.
  • Store in an air-tight container.

Now that you have finished preparing your easy homemade tea to get rid of belly fat, whenever you want to drink the tea, all you have to do is;

  • Put 2 table spoon of the dried tea into your mug.
  • Fill it with boiling water and allow to extract for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Using a strainer, filter out the leaves and drink the already filtered part.
